Companion Fishing Scaler 098 (S) is a stainless steel fishing knife with a serrated back, designed for scaling and gutting fish. Ergonomic grip and polymer sheath with belt clip.
Companion Fishing Scaler is a versatile fishing knife with a 98 mm blade made from Swedish stainless steel. The spine features a serrated edge that works as a fish scaler, making it ideal for cleaning and filleting your catch both by the water and at home.
Companion Fishing Scaler combines the flexibility of a fillet knife with a built-in fish scaler – a practical two-in-one tool for anglers. The sharp edge handles cleaning and filleting, while the serrated spine easily removes scales.
The stainless steel resists moisture, salt, and weather changes, making the knife perfect for both fresh- and saltwater fishing. A light, durable companion for use on the boat, pier, or by the lake.
The ergonomic TPE rubber handle provides a secure, non-slip grip even with wet hands. The pronounced finger guard ensures safety and control during use. The included polymer sheath is easy to clean and features drainage holes to prevent water accumulation.
The 98 mm long blade is made from recycled Swedish stainless steel (12C27) with a hardness of 58 HRC. It’s strong, easy to maintain, and retains its sharpness even in damp conditions.
Companion Fishing Scaler is manufactured in our factory in Mora, Sweden, where more than 130 years of Swedish knife-making expertise meet modern production. A lightweight and reliable fishing knife that delivers both precision and functionality in one tool.
